Each course is broken into separate lessons. Start a new lesson by selecting "Begin Lesson" from the drop down box for the lesson you would like to start, then click the "Go" button.

To continue a lesson, select "Continue Lesson" from the drop down box of the lesson you would like to continue, then click on the "Go" button.

To view your statistics on any given lesson, select statistics from the drop down box of that lesson, and click on the "Go" button.

To delete all previous progress on a lesson, choose "Delete Stats" from the drop down box of the lesson you would like to start over, and click the "Go" button.

Your previously typed lesson will be noted by a black arrow.
