How it Works
Click a lesson button to go to the list of available lessons.

Courses
Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced groups are typing courses to be used depending on your skill level and goals.

Specialty Lessons
If you are looking for a break from the routine, try Specialty lessons, which provide stories and interesting content. Lessons are added and removed occasionally.

News Headline Exercises
Learn to type while keeping up on world news! These exercises are updated daily. Click a line to view the full story. You can even opt to have lessons emailed to you daily.

Problem Keys Exercises
As you work your way through the lessons, TypingWeb tracks your mistakes and learns your most problematic keys. Once enough keys are known, you can access a custom built lesson to work those extra tough letters.

Typing Test
A feature of TypingWeb is the Typing Test that you can take repeatedly to track your progress over time. Once you have taken the test twice, your progress will be charted. You can take this test any number of times. However only the last ten scores will be shown on this mini-graph.

Typing Certificate
Once you have completed the Typing Test five or more times a new button will appear below the mini-graph allowing you to access your printable Typing Certificate. Certificates are in Adobe Acrobat format. Statistics are the average of your last five Typing Test scores.
